HMIL has not yet disclosed the exact pricing of the car but it is expected that Hyundai Avante price will fall in the range of Rs 9 to 11 lakh.

The all new Hyundai Avante, a fifth generation Sedan from Hyundai, was launched a week prior to its official launch date in Korea. Having suffered many naming conflicts with Mitsubishi Motors Australia and Lotus and KIA motors in the European markets, the company officials finally decided to change the new product’s name to Hyundai Avante. Its predecessor, Hyundai Elantra was first launched back in 1990, and since then, about 6 million Hyundai Elantra have been sold worldwide.
“Also, Hyundai Avante booked a place in the good books of many world famous car rating agencies”, commented Mr. Steve S Yang, President and CEO, Hyundai Motors. He also said that this car was a strong brand representing The Republic of Korea in the world.
The all new Hyundai Avante comes fitted with the top of line Gamma Gasoline 1.6L engine with direct fuel injection system which will produce a power of 118 bhp @ 6200 rpm at a peak torque of 156 Nm @ 4200 rpm. With a nominal fuel efficiency of 16.5 kmpl, the all new Hyundai Avante comes equipped with many new features like LED tail lights, HID(High Intensity Discharge) front Lamps and heated rear seats.
Also it will have features like parking assistance, which is a real useful technology in todays scenario where parking space is extremely limited and people end up getting scratches on car. The Hyundai Avante is a perfect example for superior handling with technologies like emergency stop and LCD display.
