There are many criticisms that have been faced by Tata Aria since its launch; all or most of them are related to its high pricing. After the launch of 4X4 version initially, Tata Motors has also introduced a cheaper 4X2 version of it in order to boost up its sales and it did remarkably well in India. Its main competitor is Toyota Innova and Mahindra Xylo which are less costlier compared to Tata Aria, but then again the advanced features and safety aspects goes for a toss. The features that the Aria boasts of are usually found in the luxury car segment well above Rs. 25 Lakhs.
