Auto Car giant Volkswagen is planning to rollout a brand new vehicle expectedly by this April 2011. This new hatchback car Volkswagen Golf would be launched under the B+ Segment of cars. This newbie from Volkswagen is equipped with the modern day technical features and the overall appearance is quite tempting and luxurious which is offered in a compact form. The latest stylish and sporty looks would help Volkswagen Golf to rapidly increase its market share after its launch.

In the Indian market Volkswagen would be launching this car under the variant Volkswagen Golf GTD that would be powered by a 2.0 litre TDI diesel engine that exhales a supreme Power of 170 Hp at 4200 rpm and is speculated to generate a peak Torque of 350 Nm at a range from 1750 to 2500 rpm. The basic variants of Volkswagen Golf will come equipped with only a 6 speed manual transmission; however the company would also let the buyers enjoy the 6 speed automatic gearbox as an optional measure. This beauty cum powerful vehicle would zoom to 100 kmph from standstill at an amazing time of 8.1 seconds while for speed enthusiasts; the top speed is 220 kmph.   

 
The external appearance of this Volkswagen beauty is definitely marvelous. The intelligent designing reflects well and it will definitely attract a lot of onlookers. The adjustable halogen headlamps are accompanied with turn indicators and uplift the view at the front nose. The chrome inputs on slats make it look more pleasurable with the Volkswagen logo at the centre of the radiator grille. The extended body colour bumpers and the door handle add classic touch to the car.  On the rear side of Volkswagen Golf the sporty look is maintained by the big tail lamps, the rear spoiler comprises the high stop brake. The one thing that truly deserved attention is the twin exhaust system which is beautifully chrome tipped.
 
As said earlier Volkswagen Golf is bit more of a hi-tech luxurious hatchback which depicts in the interiors as well. The ultra modern dashboard houses the touch screen satellite navigation system as an on road assistance feature. 
 
The entertainment system houses an MP3 player including 4 speakers with Bluetooth connectivity; also the digital radio is quite responsive.   The twin round meters at the instrument panel, looks sporty also the necessary car data such as fuel consumption, speed, distance travelled etc are displayed on the digital screen in front of the driver. The driver’s seat is adjustable and the ample leg room for occupants makes the ride comfortable. Convenience of customers is taken good care with features like Power Steering and audio control buttons on steering. The cruise Air Conditioning system is powerful with Climate Control feature.
 
Volkswagen Golf is supposed to be launched with state of art safety features in India. The awaited hatchback from Volkswagen would be enabled with airbags, the latest Anti Braking System (ABS) with installed EBD. Also the fog lamps and the inclusion of day light running lights are phenomenal. Advanced parking sensors and the amazing Electronic stabilization Programme (ESP) makes the sporty Volkswagen Golf truly a feel home, safe car.
 
Volkswagen Golf is expected to be launched at a price tag of around 6 lakh which drifts with its superb features.
