Bajaj Auto to boost the production of RE60 small car
Bajaj Auto, a popular two wheeler maker and renowned four wheeler manufacturer of India, has announced to increase the production of their new launching small car, Bajaj RE60 by 5000 units per month. It is reported that this new cheaper small car will take presence in market during upcoming few months or by the end of this year. The new RE60 has already been indicated a rival of Tata Nano and Maruti 800, in terms of price, features and specs.

The company has already unveiled this much awaited four-wheeler at New Delhi Auto Expo and now, ready to bring out it on roads soon. The new RE60 would be much more stable than three wheelers, and will be produced at the Bajaj's Aurangabad manufacturing plant. To lure customers the first four wheeler vehicle by Bajaj would be offered in Petrol, CNG and LPG fuel options which would be loaded with a DTSI technology based, 4 valve, water cooled engine.
With a seating capacity of 4 passengers, the RE 60 will have the lowest emissions with 60 gm/Km and could deliver an impressive mileage of about 35 km per litre. Overall, the country’s innovative four wheeler vehicle maker has very strategic plans for the RE60 to volume the sales. On the other hand, Tata is also ready to offer its Nano with fuel choices of CNG and Diesel by near future.
