The world’s leading luxury car manufacturer, BMW has pulled-up its sock for the upcoming New Year to achieve the new set targets and expand its Indian operations. In this chain of expansion, the much awaited 2012 BMW 3 Series Sedan is said to hit the Indian marketplace in month of February 2012. The sedan has the perfect combination of high-class glamour and power.

In the European countries, it has been launched in three trims including Luxury, Sport & Modern Lines and the same are expected for the Indian market as well. It may affect the demand and business equations of Mercedes Benz C Class and Audi A4, as per industry experts. The exterior of the coming BMW 3 Series has got the fine touch of elegance. The Luxury line model looks stunning with inserted chrome, new pronounced grille, redesigned headlamps along with lavish interior.

Its Sport line variant has unique black exterior with dark & sophisticated interior. On the other side, the Modern line is highlighted with vintage leather interior with highly appealing design, color contrast and upholstery. This variant has lots of aluminium in the framework, which makes it light-weight and results in better handling. There are rumours that it will be available in both petrol (4 cylinder & 6 cylinder engines) & diesel (a 4 cylinder engine) variants.

The BMW 3 Series 320i 4 cylinder petrol engine & 330i with 6 cylinder petrol engine are claimed to deliver the maximum power of 154bhp & 200Nm torque and a peak power of 254bhp 300Nm torque respectively. Whereas, the 2012 BMW 3 Series 320d variant with 4 cylinder diesel engine develops good power of 181bhp and torque of 380Nm. This New Year gift will defiantly bring some fireworks particularly in this segment and allure the elegance & excellence crazy crowd.
