BMW India unveils the new Munich Motors dealership in Raipur

Expansion spree being the current hit amongst the Indian luxury car makers, BMW India, the German based pioneering automaker is no behind. The automaker has forayed in to Chhattisgarh’s city, Raipur for the second time with a brand new world class showroom, Munich Motors. While the showroom is designed in accordance with BMW’s conventional design aesthetics ‘Urban Street Display Concept’, the service area is creatively sketched on their ‘Reception at the Car’ (RATC) concept.

With a close association of over 2 years, Munich Motors has teamed up with the company at diverse locations such as Nagpur and Chhattisgarh. This brand new sales and service touch-point in Raipur is spread over a vast arena of 38000 sq. ft easily accommodating the showcase of 7 cars backed by a spacious service workshop comprising of 10 service bays loaded with a capacity of servicing 40 cars per day.

Munich Motors is equipped with 30 efficient employees with dynamic persona effectively trained in streams such as sales, service, spare parts and business systems. A team of highly qualified engineering professionals in sales and service dynamics trained at BMW Training Centre have been hired for expert approach.

Mr. Philip von Sahr, President, BMW Group affirmed that after its first entry in to Raipur region in 2011, the company has grown to establish its new comprehensive 4S facility encompassing the sales, service, spares and systems to tighten its hold in the region as the leading high-end car maker. With the passing year of 2014, the company eyes to extensively augment its dealership count at major metropolitan cities and emerging markets in India to 50 from the present count 34. Besides, the company is also drafting plans to launch new BMW X1 and 1 series alongside BMW 7 Series.
