The German marquee, BMW is all set to take on its home based competitor’s products Mercedes Benz AMG and Audi S6 at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo by unleashing its new powerful beast BMW M5 also known as BMW F10 M5. This product from the company is more alluring than earlier BMW M3. The high-performance executive sedan BMW M5 from the BMW 5-Series is developed by the Motorsport segment of the company.

The car is perfect blend of luxury and motorsport dynamics of BMW and is capable of attending the top-speed of 250 kmph. While the rivals will be seen displaying their vehicles at the Expo, BMW will take a stride forward and will launch the full-sized saloon BMW M5 at an expected whopping price of under INR 1 Crore.

The BMW M5 sedan that will be imported by the company will comprise of numerous improvements and a host of styling cues that assists the vehicle in differentiating with the other 5-Series sedans creating its unique identity. The sedan poses truly imposing presence, along with the front big bonnet that has regular V shaped lines and the three air-vents in lower division perform the duty to fulfill the cooling need of the power-train. At the rear, the most notable object are its chrome-tipped dual exhaust pipes positioned at the corners of the rear bumpers together with the cornering tail-lamps.

The interior of BMW M5 are capacious and has ample space in the front and rear compartment. The incomparable M-sports seats have merino leather upholstery with door sills showing the “M5” Lettering engraved. The instrument panel has many of never-before-seen features.

The mammoth 4.4L double-turbo V8 power-train is able to produce amazing figures of 550 Bhp as its maximum power in conjunction maximum torque of 700 Nm. The company claims an improved fuel efficiency of 12 km per litre that is 31 percent more than the earlier BMW M3 model.
