Chevrolet TrailBlazer launch this November
The American car maker Chevrolet will be launching the Chevrolet TrailBlazer SUV in just three months and Brazil will be the market where it will be launched. Notably, the Trailblaze is also highly anticipated in India and as per sources information, the car will be launched this year. The new avatar of the Trailblazer was unveiled at the Bangkok Motor Show where some of the upcoming offering from the American car makers stable were also released. In India, the TrailBlazer will be joining the Chevrolet Captiva that is single handedly taking care of the SUV segment.
The new Trailblazer will have a lot of features that will be making it an instant hit and that also include its price. As per the early assessment, the Chevrolet Trailblazer will be priced somewhere around Rs 15 lakh and it will be put under the Captive price that starts around Rs 18 lakh. It is expected that the new car will be competing with Skoda Yeti and Tata Aria besides other popular SUVs in the country. Though there is no official word out but sources believe that it will also be launched sometime near Diwali this year as this will be time when every car offering becomes a hit and there is large number of car buying.
In India, the Captiva has recently got a facelift and the new model of the Trailblazer is almost ready to hit the Brazilian market. As part of the changes, the new Trailblazer will have a new front with new headlamps, bumper and improved interiors making the SUV worth a buy in the Rs 15 lakh segment. Powered by 2.8 L diesel engine the maximum power output of the SUV is 180 bhp and it produces a peak torque of 470 Nm. This is quite sufficient for the Trailblazer to take care of the road and the rough terrain as well.
