Fiat Avventura caught again during test drive
Fiat Avventura the highly awaited compact crossover from Fiat India, the Indian alliance of Italian car maker Fiat has been caught again while it was being on Indian roads. The compact crossover was showcased during the Indian Auto Expo 2014 and is expected to be launched in Indian car market by the end of this year. The variant going for test drive was highly covered and did not helped the spies to notice any clue about the looks of Avventura.
But still the spies succeeded in clicking the photos of the rear portion of Avventura. According to reports received from spies the rear portion receives the vertical tail light cluster which could be said as an advanced version of its elder sibling Punto. The rear tailgate also sports spare wheel placed on it whereas the beneath of bumper carries the reverse lights along with fog lamps, which are again similar to Punto.
Developed on Punto’s platform the Avventura is considered as an advanced version of Punto. It would be launched with three engine options namely 1.4 litre petrol engine developing the power of 89 bhp and torque of 115 Nm, the 1.2 litre petrol engine producing the power of 67 bhp and torque of 97 Nm, it is said to be the most fuel efficient variant of Avventura and finally the 1.3 litre Multijet diesel engine generating the power of 75 bhp and torque of 197 Nm. As far as price of Fiat Avventura are concerned nothing has been so far disclosed by the company and are expected to be revealed at the time of its launch.
