Honda Brio MPV all set for a launch in Indonesia, Amaze launch next month in India
Indonesia is a heaven for MPVs and SUVs, it seems. This is the reason why every car maker wishes to pitch in its car in these segments in the country. Now it is the turn of Honda which is said to be in the process of launching a new MPV in Indonesia and this will be none other than an MPV based on Honda Brio. Already the small car Brio has inspired a sedan in the form of Honda Amaze and now the Brio MPV will soon be launched in the market. It is highly believed that after the Indonesian launch, the car will certainly be launched in India as well and will be in the price range of Rs 7 lakh to Rs 9 lakh. In Indonesia, the car will be launched sometime next month but experts believe that it could take more time.

It is certain that Brio has really given a comeback to Honda not just in India but in other countries as well. The small car with not so small proportions has sell well in India and it has literally revived the sales of the car maker in the country. Brio came in when the Honda City, Honda Civic and even the Honda CRV were performing meekly. As soon as it arrived, the car maker had a sudden spur in overall sales but that too was insufficient to show some growth as being offered only in petrol options, the Brio too had limited takers. If it would have been in diesel option as well, then the scene would have been different.
Meanwhile, the car maker is also going to launch Amaze sedan in India and it is believed that this car will be a game changer as expected to be offered in diesel option, this car will certainly spur sales to an extent that will be quite noticeable. The Amaze in India will be competing with Maruti Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios apart from other cars in segments. The Brio based MPV on the other hand will be competing with Maruti Ertiga, Toyota Avanza in Indonesia.
