Honda Mobilio RS launched in Indonesia
With Honda Mobilio yet to touch Indian roads the MPV is reported performing well in Indonesian car market and since its launch. According to reports Japanese car maker has so far sold about 35,000 units of MPV in Indonesia. Inspired from the over whelming response received from the customers company has explored the fleet of Mobilio’s variants existing in Indonesia by offering RS variant in list of variants being offered in Mobilio.
The newly introduced variant receives major cosmetic changes including new bumper, new headlights with LED daytime runners. Apart from this new update will also be blessed with manual or CVT transmission system. Moving ahead it also receives full bodykit supported with roof spoiler, newly developed sound system, black interiors etc. The variant equipped with CVT transmission system has been offered at IDR 214 million (INR 10,76,000) while the variant powered with five speed manual transmission system is priced IDR 203.5 million (INR 10,23,000).
With Mobilio yet to touch Indian roads it would be interested to see what kind of welcome does it receive in Indian car market, which is already curious to assess its performance. One more thing which would be interested to see that at what time Japanese car maker will offer the RS variant in Indian car market whether it would be launched as a Special Edition or as facelift version.
