Honda Mobilio to be manufactured in India
The launch of new Honda City in Indian car market has acted as an oxygen for the dipping sales of company in India, moreover the major role behind success of Honda City had been its availability in diesel variant. The Japanese auto giant is still flying on seventh sky as an impact of success enjoyed by Honda City and wants to retain the same success with launch of every new vehicle in India. It is now reported that company is now speeding up the production of its highly anticipated MPV Mobilio at its production plant located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The upcoming MPV Mobilio is developed on company’s hatchback Honda Brio with different and dynamic looks. The Mobilio is 305 mm larger than Brio, 245 mm bigger than Amaze with wheel base of 2,650mm. Moving ahead with larger boot space this seven seater MPV is capable of carrying huge luggage easily.
Here it would be important to mention that being the seven seater vehicle the length of vehicle has increased upto 4 meters long than compared to other MPV’s, as an impact of which it will not be entitled to enjoy the benefits offered under excise relaxation rules. Industry experts believe that it would be priced with the price tag falling between Rs. 5.80 lakh and Rs. 8.25 lakh.
