The research study has stated that the most of the customers didn’t approach to their previous brand due to the unavailability of the desired vehicle including some others like high maintenance cost, less resale value and various vehicle problems. The Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Sonata are two most popular models, which have maintained the company’s reputation with 64% retention rate, said by a California-based firm, The Westlake Village.
