Land Rover Evoque to launch in India

In Pune a car enthusiast caught a Range Rover Evoque near Paul Road junction in Pune. Every time a new car is launched in India it has to undergo homologation at ARAI (Automobile Research Association of India) which is located near a hill on paul road.

The shape of the was all changed so that the people would not recognize the SUV but still people were able to identify as Range Rover Evoque crossover SUV. It is most likely possible that Tata Motors are planing to to launch this SUV at the end of this year.

The Crossover SUV was brought to India from UK. We also got some information that in 2012 the parts will be brought in India and the assembling will be done here itself in India through in Tata Motors and Mercedes Benz.

The SUV will be available in both diesel and petrol engine which will cost 50 lacs and 63 lacs.

This SUV will bring tough competition to the BMW X3 Crossover and the upcoming Audi Q3 Crossover.

It has a 2.2 litre common rail turbo diesel engine which gives 190 BHP of power.Land Rover's design have always been very unique and appealing and full of style.

The testing model had 3 doors layout, which means the SUV will be available in both 3 and 5 doors in the Indian Market.
