The change is well taken in the auto sector as this will help Mahindra achieve its expansion plans well in India and other countries. The launch of these three cars is expected to be at the prime of these changes, said sources. Mahindra will be taking advantage of the officials experience as well as know-how in this sector. Where Shah has been in service in Mahindra for 30 years, Irani joined the Mahindra Group as Chief Brand Officer in 2009 and looks after the brand visibility.

There has been a good opinion about the changes made by Mahindra in the light of the present and future of the company. Soon the product line up is to inflate with the launch of the Mahindra Rexton, Mahindra Reva NXR and Mahindra Xylo Mini this Diwali and Mahindra wants not to leave any stone unturned to make these a big hit. Furthermore, the change was quite expected from quite some time and it is expected to infuse fresh energy in the operations and brand visibility.
