Maruti Suzuki dominates customer satisfaction survey; confirms market research
Another sigh of relief for Maruti Suzuki India (MSI); after the resume of work at Manesar plant, as it is being rated No.1 in a survey in terms of customer satisfaction at its automobile dealer desk. Maruti Suzuki refuses to compromise
The differences between the management and the workers of Maruti Suzuki are not ending. Now, Maruti Suzuki has declined to compromise on issues with its workers. It has called the situation a political issue, and said that it won't let the workers get away with it. The Finance Ministry is considering the hike in excise duty on cars and Tobacco related products as the Government is concerned over the expected shortfall in Tax revenues. (SIAM)Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers said that the hike in excise duty by 2% on all car segments is expected. This will result in a hike in the prices of cars.
