Last month, the German car maker, Mercedes Benz revealed its new B Class in the country. The company is now mulling to launch the car in the Indian car bazaar, which will promote the Sports Touring car segment here. There are many things in new Mercedes Benz B Class that make it utterly thrilling and exciting. Apparently, the car will be launched in two variants, namely B 180 and B 180 Sport.

Under the hood, the new Mercedes Benz B Class will come powered by 1.6 litre of petrol engine that is powerful and dynamic. This engine would churn out peak power of 122HP and about 200Nm of maximum torque. However, there would be a difference in features in both the variants. Talking about Mercedes Benz B Class B 180, the car would come with attractive halogen headlamps, hill start assist, Eco start/stop technology, seven-speed automatic transmission with shift paddles on the power assisted steering wheel and cruise control, seven airbags (for driver, front co-passenger, left and right curtain, driver knee airbags), anti-lock braking system with electronic stability program, ASR, BAS and tyre pressure loss warning.

On the entertainment front, the car variant will be blessed with an Audio 20 with Bluetooth, 1 CD/MP3 and USB and Aux-in interface. The six speakers will be positioned quite well to give all the passengers a classic music experience. besides these, the B 180 variant will also come with attention assist, matrix look interiors trim, ARTICO upholstery, rear wiper/defogger and 10-spoke 16 inches of alloy wheels.

On the other hand, Mercedes Benz B Class B 180 Sport variant will get some additional features such as classic and notable panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable driver’s seat with memory and lumbar function, sports package with terrific body styling, mirror package, leather steering wheel with gear knob, ARTICO upholstery dipped in beige and black and black ash wood trim. Furthermore, this car variant will have exquisite Bi-Xenon headlamps with LED DRLs and washers and 7-spoke 17 inches of alloy wheels.
