Mitsubishi Pajero Sport price slash soon

Everything seems to be going well and preparations for the festive season car sale seems to be on in full swing. Japanese car maker Mitsubishi will also be bringing the price of the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV down by over 20 percent this Diwali as by September the car maker will start assembling the car here in India. The completely knocked down kits import is underway and the car maker seems to be hurrying things to make the SUV more pleasantly offered in the country. To be manufactured at the Chennai plant, the new Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV has recently got a facelift and is currently priced in India at Rs 24.43 lakh and it competes with Chevrolet Captiva, Ford Evdeavour and the Toyota Fortuner.

It is expected that with the start of the manufacturing of the car, the supply of the car will also strengthen and thus the delivery period will be over. At present the car is selling well and at an average of over 120 units per month. Notably, the Pajero Sport was launched five months ago. The reason why Mitsubishi is considering to bring the car CKD kits in India is its popularity in such less time. The car has been doing exceptionally well and a further price cut is expected to make it even more attractive than Audi Q3 and BMW X1.

The 2.5 L turbo diesel engine powered car has a peak power output of 176 bhp and it is believed that if the price comes down, the Pajero Sport will be the more lucrative offering than other SUVs as its craze is still on the rise just as the whole segment sees an uptrend. Also, with it, a new chapter will be added to Mitsubishi’s history as this car is expected to make a history for the car maker.
