New BMW X1 launched, priced at Rs 27.9 lakh
India is in love and this time it is not with a fair sex but a macho looking new BMW X1. Launched on the Valentine’s Day today, the new BMW SUV is all set to overcome the rising resistance and overpowering by Audi Q3 and Mercedes Benz M Class. The new X1 is all the more well redesigned and houses the new Servotronic technology that not only increases performance of the car but also gives the driver full control over the car. TwinTurbo engine option on the other hand provides all the needed power that this BMW car has been known for and thus now has the complete package of power, performance and looks. The new BMW X1 price starts at Rs 27.9 lakh and now with new looks and performance appraisal, the car has become more likeable than the Audi Q3 and other in the segment.
Smallest in its class, the X1 is a junior to BMW X3, X5 and X6. As this is the most affordably priced car in the X series of SUVs by BMW, it became an instant hit and also bagged some of the best sales experience to the German car maker in the country. With the new model of this car in, it is believed that it will be able to silence its rivals pretty well, specially the Q3 that has been launched recently in a turbo petrol engine guise. The Q3 despite of being priced more than this car is able to draw a lot of attention to its side. The new Q3 turbo petrol motor powered variants price is Rs 27.37 lakh. Meanwhile, the new looks as well as better power control and performance will also step up the prospects of this car in the country.
Some of the features that are worth to be found on the new X1 are Park Distance Control (PDC), BMW ConnectedDrive and more. Specially, the step up in looks making it more dynamic and versatile in terms of looks and performance as well. Thus the SUV now shows what it has under the hood – a powerful, performing engine.
