New Land Rover Range Rover to hit the Indian shores on November 30th

Tata Motors owned Land Rover is riding high these days. It was merely two months that it rolled out Land Rover Range Rover. And now it is already set to bring in the 2013 Range Rover SUV model in the Indian car bazaar on 30th November 2012. This would be the fourth generation model of Range Rover and it will be endowed with an array of improved features. The exteriors of the 2012 Range Rover will be seen with the same silhouette as the current model, but a little modification done to the front end enhances the luxurious design of this SUV. The rear profile of the car has also been reworked in terms of its tail lamps and rear bumper.

Besides the exteriors, the major change that has been done in 2013 Range Rover is under the hood. The company has made use of new aluminum monocoque super structure and this has managed to tone down the weight by a whopping 420kgs. Reducing this weight will allow the car to perform in a much better way and also give an impressive fuel economy. The wheelbase of the new Range Rover will also be increased by 118mm and this will bless the rear seat passengers with more legroom, thereby improving the luxury quotient of the SUV.

The interiors of the 2013 Range Rover SUV will take your heart away as the company has given the car some new lavish features. The major highlights on the inside will comprise of new four zone climate control system, new LED based ambient lighting, high quality of materials and more. The luxury seems to go higher and higher.

Finally, talking about the engine in 2013 Range Rover, this one will be blessed with the new and strong 3.0 litre V6 turbo diesel engine that would produces 255BHP power and 600NM torque. The 4.4 litre V8 turbo diesel engine will also be made available as before.

Definitely the Land Rover Range Rover is a decent luxury SUV but due to high cost it will not be doing as the company hopes. In presence of most trusted BMW and Mercedes Benz luxury cars the new version of the vehicle will also have lower demand.
