This new Mahindra MUV is available at the very economical price figures of Rs.7.37 lakh (base variant). All the variants of the Mahindra Xylo are now open for the booking except the Mahindra Xylo E9 (top-end model) that would be phase booked by the company.

The new Mahindra Xylo will bring the rich experience of the luxurious, comfy and safe drive that comes boosted with 50 new features with stunning looks. Some of the new attributes are significant enough to create excitement whereas; some minor yet functional features are noticeable only on a closer assessment. The front facia of new Mahindra Xylo has been under gone through the brilliant body job that proves to be a positive aspect, when its main rivals already present in the market like Toyota Innova and Chevrolet Tavera Neo3, Tata Grande and ICML Rhino.

Buyers are available with six color choices including Diamond White, Toreador Red, Mist Silver, Fiery Black, Java Brown and Rocky Beige. The Mahindra’s new MUV, Xylo has got the new grille, wider air dam and new bonnet design that feel identical to the exterior of the Mahindra XUV 500. The redesigned front bumper, headlamps, roof rails, rear spoiler, wheel arches including some other designing features offer fresh aroma of fine engineering work.

The important things to be noticed are, the brand new Italian leather upholstery, wider dashboard and beige colored two tone interiors that bring the immense pleasure of the comfort and luxury. The interior panels have wooden inserts that reduces the amount of road noise and offers perfect protection and elegance. Under the bonnet, it has powerful alignment of a 2.2 litre mHawk engine offering a maximum power of 120bhp and 28.3Nm torque. This Xylo E9 engine is coupled with a new 5MT 320 transmission. The advanced Cruise Control and the Voice Command Module are marked as the merits.

On the other side, its D2 and D4 variants come powered with an mDI CRDe engine.  The safety measures include ABS, EBD, two air bags and parking assist system. Among all the variants, the Mahindra Xylo D2 and Mahindra Xylo D4 are the most affordable models that are priced around Rs.7.37 lakh and Rs.7.77 lakh respectively. Both the variants come powered with the mDI CRDe engine. Whereas, the Mahindra Xylo E8 ABS and Mahindra Xylo E8 with ABB & airbag safety features are priced nearly Rs.8.11 lakh, Rs.8.34 lakh and Rs.9.47 lakh respectively. The top-end variant Mahindra Xylo E9 that has been graced with the mHawk engine matted with 5MT-320 gearbox is cost around Rs.10.25 lakh.
