Mitsubishi has been fishing handsome sales record by their prevalent Outlander for a long time now. To break the consistency they are about to launch upgraded version of Mitsubishi Outlander, now with enhanced passenger accommodation capacity. A new version has been displayed at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show. The new Mitsubishi Outlander will be a seven seated passenger vehicle. It has been reported that new Mitsubishi Outlander will be launched in India in the third week of March this year.

Seven seated Outlander compromise a lot with the leg room space with the third row of seat. It was not an issue with the earlier version of Outlander that comprised of five seats. Seven seater Outlander has been presently being channelized only in few countries. Targeting the countries that need heavy duty vehicles that allow extra passenger space, India has been in the list too. So, bringing this car in the market is not an ordinary approach. Mitsubishi Outlander price of the seven seater passenger vehicle is expected to be affordable. This new vehicle will have marginal changes but will include some of the latest needs.

The seats that are installed inside this car are optimized to get folded without any manual help as they are equipped with electronically adjustment capability.

Talking about the engine configuration, Mitsubishi is a powerful machine with prominent features. The seven seater Mitsubishi Outlander is powered by 2.4 MIVEC petrol engine that successfully gives out a maximum power output of 170 PS and 226 Nm of peak Torque. Combined with INVECS-III CVT with 6 speed automatic and 6 speed manual paddle shift gear box, this engine will never lose its performance and control over the car. And, for the wheel drive, Mitsubishi Outlander seven seater car has been secured with Shift on the Fly All wheel drive system.

Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is also expected to come up. It has been reported to come before seven seater Outlander, sooner by the first week March. Honda CR-V may be a great rival of the Outlander. Being less priced, Outlander can steal the cards.
