Skoda, the Czech car maker and a subsidiary of German car giant Volkswagen will be showcasing the concept Skoda MissionL and the new Skoda Yeti SUV at the upcoming Beijing Motor Show to be held in China. It is expected that MissionL will appear in its production ready form at Beijing Motor Show. Notably, Skoda has already showcased the concept MissionL at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011. Meanwhile, the new Yeti SUV will also have a global appearance at the grand motor show.

The MissionL as it is popularly named is a concept of a five door C segment sedan. It has close resemblances to the already in use VisionD concept but is more refined and improved with lots of stunning features. The MissionL concept car has been designed keeping in mind the global car needs. It has a new grille that sits tight right at the centre of the car front and it seconded by headlight with sharp edges on the two sides. The headlamps come with the latest daytime running LEDs. As per sources, the MissionL will be targeting India and China which are the two highly prospective markets. In India, the Skoda MissionL will be launched at a low price just like the Skoda Rapid that has put up exciting numbers on the sales chart.

Skoda Yeti, the lone SUV by the Czech car maker in India is awaiting its new facelifted version. The new Yeti is expected to be a combination of power and performance besides being good looking. The SUV with compact dimensions is expected to have a facelift at the front and the rear besides a lot of changes on the inside. In addition to this, the car maker will not be compromising with safety features in order to bring the price down.
