New Tata Safari Storme Spied
Tata Safari Storme, one of the highly anticipated SUV from home grown car maker Tata Motors which did not succeeded in receiving the expected response from customers due to its late entrance in Indian car market is reported to under-go new upgrades after its launch in 2012. Tata Safari Storme was expected to be one of the most liked SUV’s in Indian car market at the time of when it was supposed to make its debut in 2007, but due to some reasons it got delayed for about five years and made its appearance in 2012, which affected its popularity in market. And now company is going to introduced major updates in this SUV keeping in concern the existing market conditions. It is also reported that company may offer automatic version in this upgrade.
Moving towards the mechanical features the Safar Storme is equipped with 2.2 litre Varicor Diesel engine developing the power of 140 bhp and torque of 320 Nm. According to reports the upgraded Storme will develop the power of 160 bhp which means that this time engine will churn 20bhp extra and torque of 400 Nm. As far as integration of new features is concerned it is speculated that the facelift Storme will be blessed with latest features that are offered by its existing contenders.
The noticeable features that are expected to be adorned in new Storme might include high defined sound system of Harman Kardon along with amplifiers, sub woofers and surround speakers. Apart from this it is also speculated that company may offer some additional features in its automatic version.
