Volkswagen’s tech packed 2013 Volkswagen Polo BlueGT hatchback releases onto the interweb. It could be the first pictures of 2013 Polo BlueGT hatchback which are released onto the internet. The Volkswagen Polo BlueGT is all set to rule the European roads as in next few weeks; Volkswagen would launch the hatchback there. The hatchback will come with 1.4 L turbocharged engine that makes it a fuel efficient car. The Volkswagen has used cylinder deactivation technology in the car. This is the technology will allows the engine to stop some of the cylinders from functioning when it is not required.

The 2013 Polo BlueGT hatchback would make use of four cylinder turbo petrol engine. The two cylinders would shut down out of the four making it more fuel efficient as per the need. It would become more economical in terms of low running cost due to its fuel efficiency. Very few hatchbacks might have the cylinder deactivation technology. The 1.4 L Turbocharged engine generates 140 PS with peak torque of 250 Nm. Its peak speed is 210 kmph and it attains the 210 kmph within few seconds. To make it more fuel efficient car, Volkswagen has installed start-stop system in the 2013 Polo BlueGT hatchback. The start-stop system is now getting popular in SUVs as it saves fuel. The Volkswagen’s new hatchback would present itself as one of the most fuel efficient hatchbacks which are made available by various companies in the Indian market.

The engine of the car is powerful and which will also give 22 kmpl, which has only become possible by making use of turbo engine in the hatchback. The auto industry sources said that company has designed the hatchback keeping in mind the requirement of the people. So, it is expecting that the 2013 Polo BlueGT hatchback would give further boost to the Volkswagen sales figures.
