Nissan, the Japanese car maker has today confirmed that it is going to launch the Electric Vehicle (EV), Nissan Leaf on the Indian shores in coming one or two years. Nissan’s Managing Director and CEO today stated that Nissan is looking forward to launch the EV Leaf in the Indian auto-market, however, he has not specified the exact tenure of launch. Nissan Motors is planning to establish a greater stand in the huge small car segment market by launching cheaper compact cars.
