Quattro Concept Car to be Showcased during Frankfurt Motor Show this year: Confirmed by Audi
Audi, an established name in luxury cars has confirmed that it will showcase the revised version its Quattro Concept car during Frankfurt Motor Show, this year. Prior to this the German luxury car manufacturer in 2010 had released one more vehicle designed on RS5 platform which was considered as the successor of its eminent car Quattro Rally which succeeded in gaining high popularity during 80's.
The architecture of Quattro concept car will be taken from RS7 and will be equipped with twin turbo 4.0 litre V8 engine that will churn out the power of 605 PS. The engine will be supported by an electronic motor of 173 PS generating the power of 800 PS and the torque of 1000 Nm. It is speculated that the car will achieve the speed of 100 kmph within the span of 3.4 seconds and will reach the high speed of 300 kmph.
The additional features mounted in Quattro concept vehicle include ceramic brakes, adaptive suspension etc. The launch of car is expected to be take place in 2016 and its expected price would be 200, 000 Euros.
