Refreshed Mini Cooper Countryman launched with price tag of Rs. 36.50 lakh
German car maker BMW which is also manufacturing Mini Cooper brand of products has launched the refreshed version of Countryman hatchback in Indian car market priced Rs. 36.50 lakh. The cosmetic changes offered in refreshed Countryman have been offered on the exteriors and interiors developed to grab attention of buyers from specific segment. The refreshed Countryman has been offered in diesel variant that is empowered with 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine with common rail injection and six speed automatic transmission system. This engine generates the power of 112 bhp and torque of 270Nm. It is endorsed by car maker that Mini will boost the speed from standstill to 100 kmph in the span of 11.3 seconds followed by top speed of 185 kmph.
The cosmetic changes that are offered in refreshed Countryman are refreshed grille and newly developed bumpers at both rear and front fascia, and new 17 inch alloy wheels. Inside the cabin the refreshed version of Countryman continues the company’s style redefined with contemporary additional features. The dashboard receives extra chrome work followed by enhanced seating position.
In Indian car market the Countryman has been brought through Completely Built Route (CBU). Apart from this other Mini brands sold by BMW in Indian car market are Mini convertible, Mini 3 door and Mini 5 door.
