Skoda Citigo will be on sale this November in Czech Republic auto market
The small car fan’s first choice Skoda Citigo is standing by for a launch in the Czech Republic auto market this November. As per the Czechoslovakia based firm; Skoda, the auto market there is now ready to witness a small and fuel economical car in the form of Skoda Citigo.
Skoda Auto is a subsidiary and base level brand in Volkswagen Group situated in Germany. The company stated that the car Citigo will be out for sale in November month priced at CZK 179,900; nearly INR 4.86 Lakhs, for the entry level model.
The rise in demand for mini cars with good fuel mileage and affordable price tag is not only in India, but also worldwide. The economic slowdown and increase in fuel cost globally have left the car consumer with no option except switch to small car; which are also easy to maintain and are amazingly durable.

With the launch of the small car Skoda Citigo, the company is confident to increase its European market share. According to Skoda, the prime focus of the firm is to bring in younger car buyers, or the first time consumers with a restricted budget in hand, even aged individuals who are looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. The Volkswagen subsidiary is also open to exchange of old Skoda brand vehicles with the newer ones.
The launch this month in Czechoslovakia will make the way easy for company to enter its small car in the Indian auto market; which awaits its launch since the announcement made by Skoda. Skoda in India sells Laura, Yeti, Superb and the awaited compact sedan Rapid.
