Skoda Superb now gets cheaper, starts at the price of Rs. 16.99 lakh

Skoda Superb is undoubtedly the most alluring car available in the Indian D segment auto-market. Amongst all the D segment cars available in India i.e. Skoda Superb, Volkswagen Passat, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Nissan Teana and Hyundai Sonata Fluidic, the Superb has been the largest seller. The reason for Superb’s dominancy in the D segment is its competitive price tag and availability in diesel in-line. Moreover, the Superb is now also available in a 1.8 Liter turbo petrol power-train that comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. This engine is potent enough to toss out peak power of 160 Bhp with 250 Nm torque.

Now with this new price, the luxury saloon, Superb is around 1.3 lakh rupees cheaper than its previous discounted price. With the reduced price, the Skoda Superb is now more value for money and it might snatch the sales of the newly launched rival 2012 Toyota Camry.

With killing looks, the Superb is truly a car for those who discover for lavish comforts. In addition, the base Ambition variant of this car would be blessed with safety features like Airbags, ABS, EBD, TCS and ASR.
