Special edition of Tata Bolt spied
With an objective to witness enjoy increase in its sales during festive season domestic car maker Tata Motors is going to bring the Special Edition of its hatchback Bolt in Indian car market. The Special Edition is being launched to celebrate the anniversary of this hatchback and would go on sale from October 1, 2015 to November 15, 2015.
The Special edition would be offered with Celebration Edition Kit and would be offered with cosmetic changes including graphics on roof, bonnet and side, roof mounted rear spoiler, illuminated sill plates followed by badge of “Celebration Edition” marked on all trims. Integration of this kit is speculated to improvise the appearance of this hatchback. The buyers of this kit will be required to pay Rs. 20,000 extra if purchased separately while if purchased with this Special Edition it will cost them Rs. 13,000.
Under the hood it will continue same engine configuration of 1.2-litre four-cylinder Revotron turbocharged petrol engine boosting the power of 90 PS of power and 140 NM torque, followed by diesel variant equipped with 1.3-litre Quadrajet generating the power of 75 PS and torque of 190 Nm. Both the engines are offered with five speed manual gear transmission system.
