Special editions of V8 Vantage and DB9 by Aston Martin in Geneva Motor Show 2014
After huge success of recently concluded Indian Auto Expo 2014, eyes of global auto industry are looking towards organization of Geneva Motor Show where all international car makers will be uniting again to showcase their new initiatives among the auto world. According to reports British ultra luxurious car maker Aston Martin will unveil special editions of V8 Vantage as N430 and DB9 in form of Carbon Black and Carbon White.
The upcoming limited edition of V8 Vantage will be equipped with 4.7 litre, quad overhead cam, dry-sumped V8 engine churning the power of 436 PS at 7300 rpm and accelerates the speed of 100 kmph in short span of 4.6 seconds and capable of attaining the top speed of 350 kmph. In the words of Mr. Ian Minards, Directors of Product Development, Aston Martin, the upcoming special edition of V8 Vantage would be blessed with all features which will succeed in binding the customers towards it. It will be offered with price tag varying from Rs. 90 lakh to Rs. 95 lakh and will be launched for delivery sometimes during September this year. According to sources the special edition N430 would be miles ahead from its standard version.
On the other side talking about the special editions of DB9 as Carbon Black and Carbon White, it would be interested that despite of unveiling only one version of special edition company Aston Martin would unveil two editions of its highly preferred super car. According to Mr. Marek Reichman, the new editions of DB9 will give new definition to platform of DB9. However talking about the engine configuration both editions will continue the same 6.0 litre V12 engine developing the torque of 620 Nm and power of 517 PS. The interesting feature about DB9 carbon white is that it develops visual effects when mixed with carbon fibre and dark elements.
