Sub: Loura & Fabia service
You must have been now used to hear all such service related complaints for your Product in INDIA. This is the complaint for Nawab Motors in NOIDA. I have two vehicles from Skoda - Laura & Fabia purchased in 2007 & 2008. Your service support and spare parts availability is pathetic.
In nut shell I can only say that pl for GOD's Shake close your operation in INDIA, Do not fool indian customers. If you cannot take any action against your Dealers then you have no right to be in INDIA business. Your spare parts are extremely costly, your service skills are below low level. your comittment to customers is un true.
