Suzuki S-CROSS Concept to unveil at Paris Show

The Maruti SX4 is craving for some activity on the sales chart and even for sales figures to advance but it has miserable failed to do so. On the other hand, the car maker seems to be in the process of mounting a crossover body style on the Kizashi. It is believed that the new SX4 will be based on this platform. The concept called as S Cross will be unveiled at the upcoming Paris Motor Show and in all probability it will be launched worldwide soon. The car has been based on the next generation platform and this assures its sturdiness and maneuverability besides the ease of driving and comfort for the occupants.

The S Cross pictures that are available at several places on the internet suggests that the crossover is an entirely new design with swept back headlights, LED based headlamps and a new grille that will entire every onlooker. Air dams are chrome clad and pose as if the car needs a lot of space to breathe and will have a larger engine under the hood. The car will stand upright on 17 inch alloys and will be giving the best possible ground clearance to tackle typically tough terrain. This is not the first time that this Crossover has appeared on the internet and prior to this as well it has been spied, its pictures were out and its details leaked but all the while, there was not a single word on it by the car maker. Now the auto enthusiasts are waiting for the Paris Motor Show to start on this 29th when the car will be finally unveiled to the public.

It is also reportedly known that the new car will have no connection or design inspiration from either Fiat Sedici or the Fiat 500X. The new design car will also have an in house built engine and it will be 1.6 L to 2 L configuration and the output will vary from 150 bhp to 165 bhp. However, it will take time before a fully production ready model could arrive and as per the experts, it could take another one year to develop and another one to hit the roads.
