The ongoing most prestigious 2012 Auto Expo is attracting auto freaks with the spark of showcase and launches of the various new cars under the flagship of different international auto brands. The leading Indian automaker, Tata has showcased the all new automatic version of fist Indian crossover ‘Tata Aria’.

This enhanced SUV comes with plenty of significant alterations, performed under the guidance of JLR (Tata’s alliance partner). Having powered with a 2179cc, 16 valve DOHC VTT DICOR engine it delivers maximum power of 156ps at 4000rpm and torque of 400Nm at 1800-2700rpm.

The engine coupled with the six speed automatic gearbox, already proved the 5000-6000 km efficiency in UK. It has been equipped with hydraulic coupling clutch, rack & pinion hydraulic power assist and anti roll bar suspension system.

This automatic crossover looks stunning with the balanced dimension of 4780 mm (length) x 1895mm (width) x 1780 mm (height). The new automatic Tat Aria will take over the market of Mahindra Scorpio automatic, Ford Endeavour and Chevrolet Captiva.

Company will make a decent hike in the price figure of Tata Aria with the growing SUV crossover demand and market competition. Now, moving forward Tata looks so concerned for the export of the automatic version of Tata Aria spotted the Aria LHD versions on test.
