Tata Bolt speculated to be priced Rs. 4.25 lakh (ex-showroom price) for base variant
With almost a week left in launch of highly awaited hatchback Bolt from domestic car maker Tata Motors market is going about different rumors associated with Bolt, which is an indication that Indian car enthusiasts are keenly waiting for hatchback to make its debut in Indian car market. According to recent reports as an impact of strengthening its roots in competing hatchback segment of Indian car market, car maker is speculating to offer the hatchback in price range of Rs. 4.25 lakh to Rs. 6.5 lakh.
The hatchback was showcased during the Indian Auto Expo 2014 where it succeeded in impressing the enthusiasts of all segment. According to car maker it would be launched in both petrol and diesel disguises. The petrol variant would be energized with 1.2 litre Revotron turbo charged engine, while the diesel would be boosted with 1.3 litre Quadrajet diesel engine. Both the engines would be offered with five speed manual transmission system. The hatchback has been caught under lenses on various occasions and alike its sibling Zest it would be also launched in Eco, City and Sport options.
Developed Horizonnext niche bolt is the second product from car maker after Zest by the company and therefore carries most of the features offered under the hood including dual airbags, corner stability control, ABS+EBD, MapmyIndia GPS System and various others.
