The Tata Indigo eCS enters Limca Book of Records!
Tata cars are known for their sturdiness and mileage and performance. A Tata car has proved it after it entered its name in the Limca Book of Records. The Tata Indica eCS has registered its name in the said record after it has covered whooping 14,000 kms in just 15 days that is 934 kms in one day. Whoosh! That is awesome. In addition to this the car has just measured India from one corner to other covering 19 states and union territories. Right from Kashmir in the North to Kanyakumari in the South, from Koteshwar in the West to Kibithu in the East, the car has without fail covered the distance with ease in this record time.
Claimed to be at the third pedestal in terms of sedan sales in India, the Tata Indigo eCS also claims the title of having the best mileage in the segment in diesel. The inclusion in the said record has yet again proved how trustworthy the sedan is and how it can take long tours with ease without fail and without any trouble. This inclusion is also said to step up its prospects further among car buyers as it will help them know that this car really is trustworthy and it has been tested thoroughly.
The sedan is a direct opponent of Maruti Swift Dzire Tour and the Swift Dzire under four meter car but in terms of sales the latter takes precedence. The said tour has thoroughly tested the car yet again and it is now certified that this car is highly enduring and can tackle challenging terrains easily. Also, en route, the car has also set new levels of mileage efficiency. Apart from getting popularity, the car will also amass the much needed sales boost for Tata as it is reeling under crisis following the slowdown in car sales.
