This education program by TKM has been designed keeping mind the current curriculum of the students and present situations and needs of the Indian car market. The education program would be a minimum of five hours every week in the sixth trimester for the PGDM students. This will have about 40 students in a single batch. The course study will be based on the sales module that would be developed and designed by Toyota Kirloskar Motors themselves. Forty hours of lectures and 20 hours of field training in the form of research and project works would certainly train the students thoroughly for the sales officers’ position. The field training will be held at the Toyota Dealerships. The technical and soft skills both will be developed during the course.
