Xylo D2 MAXX: One more model added in Xylo family by M&M
Mahindra & Mahindra domestic grown auto manufacturing company has add one more model Xylo D2 MAXX in its highly acclaimed utility vehicle Xylo with price tag of Rs. 7.12 lakh (BS3, ex-showroom price in Mumbai). Mahindra has enhanced seating space in this model and now it can accommodate nine persons comfortably. An interesting feature of these seats is that they are side facing rear seats which are not present in the standard model of Xylo.
According to sources the new Xylo D2 MAXX has been upgraded with revised front grille followed by logo of Mahindra & Mahindra integrated on it, newly designed bumper supported by air dams and wheel arches. As far as technical changes are concerned M&M has carried the same 2.5 litre mDI CRDe engine developing the power of 93 bhp and torque of 220 Nm.
In words of Mr. Vivek Nayer, Chief Marketing Office, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, the new Xylo D2 MAXX is one variant added in fleet of Xylo, which is designed to deliver the same performance as given by its ancestors, i.e., fuel efficiency, sufficient space and low cost of maintenance. Thus, making this vehicle the best option for persons who prefer to travel long distances on their personal vehicle. Mr. Nayer also added that company is excited in launching the new version of Xylo in front of customers with revised side facing rear seats option which will undoubtedly attract the big families going out together for vacation.
Now as Xylo has already succeeded in making its place in hearts of customers in Indian market and now integration of 9 seats availability with side facing rear seats will play an interesting role in enhancing interest of customers more towards Xylo.
