Sedans are one of the most popular cars in the market today. Almost every firm is busy luring the consumers with its premium and good-looking sedans. One of the most established and lavish sedan in the market is Honda Civic. The Honda Civic 1.8 V MT model is offered solely with a petrol engine, which performs very well on road, but isn’t as fuel efficient as one would expect it to be. If we look at the engine, the 1.8 litre i-VTEC petrol motor produces peak power and torque of 132PS and 17.5kgm respectively.

Honda Motors have tried to make the engine frugal and coupled this one with five-speed manual transmission that takes the mileage to touch around 10.8 to 15.5kmpl figures. However, if we look at the highway mileage (15.8kmpl), it is not that disappointing and manages to keep the budget under control.
