The French car maker Renault, with a long history in motorsport and road-car, brought a small but no-nonsense car - Renault Pulse in India with the aim of selling it like hot cakes. Pulse, however, faces a tough competition among the premium hatchbacks in India. There is no doubt that it cannot compete with Maruti Swift – the segment leader, however, it comes as a good option to people looking for some variety in small car segment.
