Hi Dipti,

As your average monthly running is less than 1000 kms petrol car will be better for you. Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Ford Fiesta, Maruti SX4 and Fiat Linea are good options for this price range. Recently launched Hyundai Verna comes with advanced and luxurious interior features but its mileage is bit low as compared to Honda City and Fiat Linea. So you can go for Hyundai Verna fluidic if mileage is not a big concern. New Ford Fiesta’s mileage and interior features are good too but it comes with hefty price tag. Maintenance of Maruti SX4 and Honda City is cheaper as compared to other models. You can choose any of them as per your requirements as all the cars are performing really good on Indian roads.
