Dear Rambhajan,
At the 2012 Auto Expo, General Motors (GM) had displayed Chevrolet Sail hatchback, so more chances are there of hatchback coming first followed by sedan. But looking at the current sedan collection that GM has to offer in India, they should bring in Sail sedan first or else both at one go. Talking about the engine, it may be powered initially by petrol engine after which diesel can make its way, or else GM can do a Renault Pulse by introducing diesel engine first.
