Dear Gideon,

In simple terms the difference between BSII and BSIII is that the latter gives out lesser emission compared to the former. These BSII or BSIII emission standards are as per the pollution norms by Government of India and are vary from city to city in the country. Coming to fitting of turbo, you can fit it with the engine but that might reduce a bit of your vehicle’s efficiency, whereas the performance, acceleration and speed will be increased. It is advisable to have turbo in a petrol engine only when your daily travelling is at least above 100 kms. Anyways, if you have made up your mind to go for it, make sure you get a renowned/genuine one from an authorised outlet.
