Thanx for your inputs Imran. But Etios liva GD comes with ABS whereas swift Vdi doesn't. Also, Liva is more spacious and comfortable.But is there any issue with Liva at high RPM and which has got higher top speed? Which is better option in terms of highway driving?Agreed that swift Vdi has better exterior and interior along with better features.

Dear Anupam,

If safety in your main concern, then yes, Toyota Etios Liva has got ABS with EBD along with key less entry, door open warning and immobilizer. Moreover, Maruti Swift comes with rear door child locks front and rear head restraints, double horn, front seat belt 3 point ELR, rear seat belt-- sides 3 point ELR middle lap belt, security alarm system, door closure warning lamp, keyless entry and high mounted stop lamp along with side impact beam and i-CATS anti-theft system. The practical top speed of Swift is around 155-160kph alongside Liva’s top speed of 150-155kph. On highways, Toyota Liva performs well compared to Swift as one gets turbo-mode quicker on the high speeds.
