Both cars are from different segments. Skoda Octavia is aluxurious sedan model which costs around 12-13 lakh while on Maruti Swift and Hyundai i20 are hatcback which comes in 4.5 - 6.5 lakh range so you have to select the car as per your requirements and your budget.
Also, Skoda Octavia has been phased out from the Indian auto market. Honda Civic, New Ford Fiesta are other options for this segment.
