1. Polo service networks are very less when compared to I20.
2. Volswagen service engineers are not much experienced and their response is very poor.
3. Even though they promise only one service per year the service costs are too high.
4 . Spare parts are very expensive when compared to I20 for example Fog lamp for Polo cost Rs 16500/- for Swift AND Figo its Rs 4000/-.

For volswagen to penetrate and compete with other cars like Ford and Maruthi they should increase the quality of service, service networks and
reduce the cost of spares parts.
