disgusting service @ verna Goa showroom
Cons : customer service.....
i had given my vehicle for changing my water pump as was advised by the service advisor.. I had given my vehicle on the 16th of Oct at 0930 and was assured delivery the same day. today is the 19th of Oct and my vehicle is still not deliverd. Remmeber that things move at the service stations only if you speak to the GM or no body cares. i was assured a delivery every day and there is no decency to give a status update or whatsoever....DISGUSTING SERVICE. Mind you this was not the first time it has happened to me, a year back the throttle body of my car had failed and was asured that it was changed and the next day while i was driving (peak hours) the same problem recourred. when the showroom was in Panjim, i had taken an appointment at 1000hrs and was made to wait in the lounge till 1300hrs with no update, had to meet the GM to get their backs moving.
advice to customers of ford...plz do not give your car for a service at the ford showroom, especially in Goa!!! they are DISGUSTING.....with no care for the customer.....
