Review For Ford Figo Petrol LXI
Pros : fine looks, good fuel efficiency, good handling
Cons : no power windows, no safety features
Description :
I am so fond of my Ford Figo Petrol LXI now even at a time when the fuel prices are so high I can easily cruise through the streets without envying the diesel cars. My friends often ask me how I can manage so easily with my petrol car. Well I would like to mention some important tips, if you too are asking for. Firstly it is very important to maintain the engine of the car. Keep a regular check on periodic services from authorized workshops. I have been very keen in taking my car to regular service and so has been its performance that has been unmatchable on the highways. I have taken the car to longer routes than usual and the outstanding performance of the car does not surprise me at all. It is perhaps expected. One must also keep in mind proper air pressure in the tires as well.
The more you are frequent with gear shifts, the more you would lose in terms of mileage statistics. Maintaining a constant speed and proper braking contributes to enhanced mileage and fuel efficiency. There are a number of experiences where I have felt the superb technology used by Ford in framing the engine of the Ford Figo that is well compatible to mileage efficiency. Well after a number of longer hauls and well fit pockets have made me a fan of the Figo. It might lack certain features like the alloys, power windows and music system but as far as mileage is concerned it reveals great results, delivering around 13+ Kmpl in the city and around 17 Kmpl on the highways. Very happily owned and recommended to others, the Figo!
