Honda Brio: Dashing but safety less car
Pros : Attractive, Good Space, Powerful engine and excellent mileage.
Cons : Anti-lock Braking System and Airbags missing in my variant
Hi friends, I have been driving Honda Brio (S MT) from last 4 months. According to my experience, I can say that this car is a mixture of fabulous comforts and lesser safety standards. I would like to start with the comfort features of this car, it is blessed with great seating comforts and the design of the seats is also the unique one which is mated by the premium fabric upholstery. Both front and the rear cabin has sufficient leg-room, head-room and shoulder space for five passengers.
In terms of fuel efficiency too, Honda Brio is fabulous. It gives mileage of around 14 to 15 Kmpl in city conditions, which is quite good. It has got the powerful 1.2 liter petrol engine that is really outstanding than its rivals. I think that at an affordable price tag Honda Brio is the perfect choice, but yes its maintenance cost is slightly higher than the rivals like Swift.
Yes you can certainly say that Honda Brio is blessed with everything that you desire in your car. But the variant I drive lacks some much needed safety features like Anti-lock Braking System and Airbags. Also the metal body sheet of Brio is bit loose compared to other sturdy build rivals like the Polo, Fabia and Swift. In my perception, the company should focus on enhancing the safety parameters of this car.
As far as the looks are concerned, you will surely say that the Brio is the strongest animal in its class. The foxy headlamps, chrome lines grille, well carved side lines, well designed boot with black color impressions are some of the alluring features of Brio exteriors.
